The festival which will take place on July, 27-29th, 2007 in Dnepropetrovsk is already the third festival of this kind.

First two ones took place in 2005 and 2006 in St.-Petersburg and Kiev accordingly. At these festivals hundreds of mobbers from different cities and countries as former USSR, and more the far abroad gathered together. So to the festival in Kiev arrived representatives of 20 cities from 5 countries (Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland). In this year, we hope, the representation will be wider. Representatives of Uzbekistan and Belarus have already declared their participation. Negotiations with mobbers from the countries of the old Europe are carried on.

The basic purpose of festivals �to unite mobbers from different cities and countries in one big mobber family at least for some days, despite cultural, language and political distinctions. And, the most important, to spend the great time in a circle such not ordinary and, partly, a little mad people who mobbers of the Earth are.

Do not forget: the main legend of festival is the Championship of ice - fishing. You should consistent with it in all extraneous questions concerning our action. And so, everything depends on us and on you only.

Our festival consists of three festival days:

Friday, July, 27th

Arrival of the participants. A tour of the city of Dnepropetrovsk (glamour, industrial, roofing, basementing, history, architecture). We shall try to unite all these directions in one excursion. A walk on a boat across the river of Dnepr. Evening picnic on the picturesque green island in the middle of Dnepr or on a picturesque industrial roof in the middle of Dnepropetrovsk.

Saturday, July, 28th

Rise. Mob-house �Neptune Day�. Mobs. Night rock-concert.

Sunday, July, 29th

Rising with ceremonial breaking of mobile phones. Actions of different directions: flashmobs, f ***, �-mobs, performances. Tears of partings. Departure of participants home by trains, buses and public transport.
